Use of Open Source

Versions 1.1 and above of the CardMe software are distributed with the open source ZBar Barcode Reader library, version 1.2, ("LGPL Software"), available from http://zbar.sourceforge.net/iphone  
The LGPL Software is distributed subject to the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1, a copy of which can be found at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.html. The ZBar software has not been modified from its publicly available source code. In accordance with section 6(c) of the LGPL 2.1 license, if you would like a copy of the object code of the CardMe application that utilizes the ZBar project, please contact Joshua Levy at cardme-app@gmail.com within three years after receiving such component. Proof of iTunes Store download and a small charge to cover distribution costs will be required. Every reasonable attempt has been made to comply with all licensing requirements for the component used in the CardMe application. Any oversight is unintentional and will be remedied if brought to the attention of Joshua Levy at cardme-app@gmail.com.
